La Portada Hospedaje has 5 rooms with private bath and 6 rooms with shared bath, with up to three persons allowed in a room. There is hot water in the bathrooms and the rooms are maintained immaculately and the beds have some of the thickest mattresses found in Colombia. Each and every room also comes with breathtaking mountain views at no additional charge. The restaurant is directly across the street; it opens at daylight and serves typical local food, fresh juices, and beer on into the evening. For those travelers who've been on the road awhile, laundry service is available.

Guides, tours of the area, and horseback riding can also be arranged at the hotel. Or should you just want to explore on your own, the owners will happily provide any information you might need.
